Ghanaian youth football academy, ProGen FC has returned home after winning four trophies during a successful football tour of Sweden and Norway.
The club’s impressive campaign saw its Under-17 and Under-19 teams crowned champions in Norwegian Cup tournaments held in Norway, while the Under-14 and Under-16 teams finished third at the prestigious Gothia Cup in Sweden.
The team received a hero’s welcome at the Kotoka International Airport, where parents, supporters and football lovers gathered to celebrate the players and technical team for their outstanding performance.
Founder of ProGen FC and Head Coach of FC Samartex, Coach Nana Kweku Agyemang, led the delegation after the successful European tour. The former Vision FC coach praised the players for their discipline, hard work and determination throughout the competitions.
The achievements have been described as another major milestone for ProGen FC, a youth football academy dedicated to developing talented young players for both local and international football.

Parents and supporters congratulated the players and technical team for proudly representing Ghana on the international stage. They expressed hope that the success would inspire more young footballers to pursue their dreams through discipline, commitment and hard work.
The tour has further strengthened Coach Agyemang’s reputation as one of Ghana’s leading youth football development coaches, with many describing the academy’s success as proof of the growing quality of youth football in the country.
