Some Angry Members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ayawaso Central Constituency have given the party a three-day ultimatum to release the constituency’s delegate album ahead of its internal elections.
The members have petitioned the NPP national headquarters over what they describe as delays in releasing the album.
According to them, the delay is affecting their preparations for the elections and could create challenges for the voting process.
They are therefore calling on the party leadership to release the delegate album without further delay to allow eligible delegates to prepare and participate in the elections.

An Aspiring NPP Chairman for Ayawaso Central, Sylvester Kwakye, who led the group, said the continued delay could affect the smooth conduct of the constituency’s internal elections.
The members said they expect the party leadership to address the matter within the three-day period given.
