The Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has stated that impositions or restrictions on public gatherings remain the same until further notice.
It was reported earlier that some groups especially churches presented their suggestions to government to open churches, providing guidelines on how this can be successful.
Responding to stakeholders who made their submissions, the Minister stated that engaging them does not mean their submissions have been accepted and therefore they were going to be implemented intermediately.
He clarified that government might consider the suggestions post covid-19 and therefore for now, all restrictions and impositions remain the same.
