Outspoken Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has released a list of alleged ill-gotten properties of Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
According to him, all the alleged properties were acquired through dirty tactics, which Anas brands as investigative journalism. He destroys people and makes money, Agyapong alleged on Adom TV Tuesday.
He added that a genuine journalist does not have the means to acquire all the properties owned by Anas.
He said Anas and his partner, one Philip, own the Caddles Plus Apartments at Labone close to Celsbridge Pub.
‘Go to Midas residence at Dzorwulu and see the kind mansion this guy (Anas) has built together with his partner, Philip” angry Agyapong revealed. He also said Anas and his partner own a huge hotel at Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.
He also accused the ace investigative journalist of using land guards to take peoples lands at Trade Fair, adding that the leader of the land guards is one Muda. “I will strip this guy naked” he warned.
According to him, Anas’ style of investigative journalism is wrong adding that his modus operandi amounts to invasion of privacy.
He said Anas should first secure orders from the courts before he records alleged corrupt people on their blind side.
Agyapong said the chief investigator at Tigereye has acquired many properties including lands and mansions through blackmail and that he will expose Anas at the right time.
He said he has evidence to back his claims and that he will release pictures of the Anas’ ill-gotten properties across the country soon.
