The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has dared the leadership of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to provide the so-called voter register irregularities.
At a press briefing, General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Justin Koduah Frempong, urged the NDC to adhere to the EC’s call to provide evidence of voter register irregularities for credible elections.
He believes that the NDC’s demonstration against the EC over the voter register for the general election on December 7th is a hypocritical act.
He believes that the NDC’s tactics aim to incite the public against the Electoral Commission.
Lawyer Justin Koduah asked the the NDC to back up their accusations against the body in charge of conducting Ghana’s elections with evidence.
He therefore urged the general public to disregard NDC’s accusations as false and mischievous, adding that NDC is desperate for power.
