Dr. Anthony Yaa Baah, Secretary General of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), has expressed his support for the campaign slogan of the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer Dr. Bawumia.
According to him, the slogan is positive and important for Ghana.
Dr. Anthony Yaw Baah said this during an engagement between Dr. Bawumia and leadership of TUC as part of his “Bold Solutions Engagements” with identifiable groups.
He described Dr. Bawumia’s vision for digitalization as one of his significant ideas.
He took the opportunity to officially hand over a copy of what he termed as the Trade Union Congress Manifesto to Dr. Bawumia.
The nationwide tour, which begun on Monday April 29, has seen Dr. Bawumia visit the Eastern, Western, Western North, Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions.
Dr. Bawumia has also visited the five northern regions, beginning from his home region, the North East Region where he interacted with the Clergy, Imams, House of Chiefs, Youth and later embark on door-to-door campaign where he interacted with the residents.
