Mahama, NDC still struggling to explain “24hr economy” -Adomako Baafi.

Deputy Director for Dr. Bawumia’s Campaign, Yaw Adomako Baafi, has criticized the opposition National Democratic Congress’s 24-hour economy policy, saying it’s empty.
According to him, the 24-hour economy policy is a subset of Dr. Bawumia’s digitalization drive for Ghana, which he outlined when he ran for president on December 7.
His comment comes after numerous attempts by policy thinkers, including flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, who are struggling to provide clear and concise details on how they plan to implement this policy.

During the 2024 campaign launch of the opposition NDC, the former President stated that the NDC’s 24-hour economy policy aims to create a vibrant economy that operates around the clock.

However, in an exclusive interview with host Nana Yaw Fianko on Atinka FM’s AM Drive, Yaw Adomako Baafi, the Deputy Director of Communication for Dr. Bawumia’s Campaign, stated, “They (NDC) never thought of the policy well before adopting it as their campaign policy, adding that the policy is already in implementation with the help of digitalization.”

The Deputy Director of Communication for Dr. Bawumia’s Campaign, Yaw Adomako Baafi, added that the party has not provided specific details on how they intend to achieve this goal, including the necessary infrastructure, resources, and support systems.

Mr. Adomako Baafi urged electorates, especially first-time voters, to reject Mahama’s fake and empty policies and vote for Dr. Bawumia to continue what the NPP has started.
