Deputy Chief of Staff, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, has urged government officials to track their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily and use real-time data to measure productivity.
According to her, adopting data-driven approaches will help improve efficiency, accountability and overall performance within the public service.
She stressed the need for government institutions to leverage technology to automate processes and ensure that performance monitoring becomes timely and results-oriented.
Hon. Nana Bampoe Addo made the call at the 10th edition of the HR Café, which brought together stakeholders from Ghana and Burkina Faso to discuss the future of work, human capital and artificial intelligence.
