The General Secretary for Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council has said that National Democratic Congress (NDC) has to seek redress at the courts if they think they have been cheated in this year’s elections.
In an interview with Nana Owusu Nkrumah on Ghana Nie, Atinka TV morning show, Rev. Emmanuel Teimah Barigah said per the Constitution, any party dissatisfied with an election outcome has 21 days to contest the matter in court .
“When the court goes through your documents and agree that what you are saying is the truth then, the court will teach you the way to go,” he said.
“We GPCC are saying that if the former president John Dramani Mahama thinks that he has been cheated then he should rather send it to the court” he said.
