In a thrilling conclusion to several weeks of intense competition, Esi Anowaa from Assin Manso in the Central Region has emerged winner of the Obuase Gringo Di Asa Season 8 competition.
Aside from the bragging rights, Esi is going home with a brand-new saloon car, a huge amount of money, and some items from the sponsors. The grand finale, which took place at the UPSA Auditorium on Saturday, November 30, 2024, was a spectacular event that showcased the talents of the top 20 finalists.
The evening was filled with electrifying performances from the contestants, as well as two renowned Ghanaian musicians who added to the excitement of the event. The finalists’ energy, creativity, and passion wowed the audience, making the judges’ task of selecting the winner difficult. However, following the judges’ comments and public votes, Esi Anowaa emerged as winner of Di Asa Season 8, securing the coveted title and prize package.
The audience erupted in cheers and applause as Esi Anowaa was announced as the winner, and she was overcome with emotion as she accepted her prize.

DSK, another great dancer from Nsawam in the Eastern Region, came second, while MC Abodam from Amasaman in the Greater Accra Region, came third.
