John Agyare’s campaign gathers steam as team secures nomination forms

Today, John Agyare’s campaign team picked up nomination forms, positioning him as the New Patriotic Party’s potential parliamentary candidate for Ahanta West Constituency.

Welcoming the delegation, the deputy constituency secretary, Ebenezer Cudjoe, issued the nomination form and advised the team to strictly adhere to the party’s election rules, cautioning against any actions that could harm the party.

Madam Helena Prah, the constituency women’s organizer present, echoed this sentiment, urging the team to align all actions with the party’s principles.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Bright Agropah underscored his team’s commitment to a dignified campaign.

He emphasized the importance of factual politics over insults, stressing that, in addition to competence, Hon. Agyare’s popularity and marketability stem from years of teaching and service to the party even before assuming the role of Municipal Chief Executive.

He adds that Hon. John Agyare has discharged his duties as MCE creditably well making him a likeable leader.

Mr. Agropah called on all to prioritize the collective interest, urging support for Hon. Agyare. Mr. Yusif Waah, expressing similar sentiments, urged fellow delegates to vote for Hon. Agyare, highlighting his past party service, friendliness, humility, and competence.

Mr. Joseph Nana Kwame, aka Cashman, endorsed Hon. Agyare, citing his grasp of the constituency’s political dynamics and effective communication skills as key factors for victory in the 2024 parliamentary election.

Hon. John Agyare, the current Municipal Chief Executive of Ahanta, is the second person to secure a nomination since the process began on December 20, 2023, with the aim of succeeding Hon. Lawyer Ebenezer Kojo Kum.
