Individuals seeking to occupy the National Chairmanship position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are expected to pay GH¢20,000 for nomination forms.
For those who would be contesting for Vice Positions, they will also pay GH¢15,000 for nominations forms.
Aside that, those who will contest for the General Secretary position will pay an amount of GH¢10,000 while those seeking for other positions are expected to pay an amount of GH¢8,000.

According to a report by the GNA, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will open nominations for individuals seeking to occupy national positions in the party on Wednesday, June 08, 2022.
It said the vetting of aspirants would begin on June 17 and end on June 20.

Although the Central Region poll was initially suspended due to a court action, it was later held on June 04, 2022.
While some incumbents retained their positions, others failed in their re-election bids, paving the way for fresh entrants to take over the job at the regional level.

The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has condemned the flogging of suspects in the ”sex tape” saga in Wa.
A tricycle driver and a ticket seller at the Wa Central Market in the Upper West Region received 20 lashes each after their sex tape leaked on Social media.
The two were flogged after the Overlord of the Waala Traditional Area, Wa-Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV allegedly ordered their caning by some youth in Wa.
According to reports, the lady in question uploaded the sex video on social media on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
The Waala Traditional Area constituted a by-law in late 2021, banning such practices after it was observed that leaked sex tapes were on the surge amongst the youth in the Wa municipality.
