The NDC Parliamentary Candidate at Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem, Samuel Atta Mills has won the seat in the constituency.
According to certified results by the Electoral Commission, Atta Mills won by 26, 886 votes to defeat his opponent, Dr Samuel Joe Acquah.
Samuel Atta Mills is the brother of late John Evans Atta Mills.
