Chairman Samuel Nana Amo Tobbin and his Tobinco Group of Companies made an astounding donation of medicines and other relief items valued at GHS1.5million for the over 12,000 VRA-induced flood victims in my beloved constituency.

We are particularly grateful that Chairman Tobbin made time yesterday to tour the Agbetikpo Displaced Camp, interact with victims, and lift the spirits of the displaced by putting together a brief but extremely edifying church service.

Our Chiefs, DCE, Health Directorate, Assembly Members and my humble self were delighted to host the Tobinco delegation and provide firm assurances that as always, our independent relief items committee will ensure a transparent distribution of all donations received.

Ghanaians are truly amazing — may we continue to extend love, kindness and compassion to one another.
