Anyaa-Sowutom: NPP inaugurates 2024 campaign team

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has officially launched its 2024 campaign efforts in the vibrant Anyaa-Sowutoum constituency of the Greater Accra Region, with a resounding call for unity aimed at “breaking the 8” and pushing the Parliamentary candidate for Anyaa-Sowutuom, Elder Dr. Emmanuel Tobbin, to Parliament.

The team, led by the Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and former Member of Parliament for the area, the NPP’s 2024 campaign in Anyaa-Sowutoum promises to be a spirited endeavor, driven by unity, determination, and a shared commitment to realizing the party’s vision for Ghana’s future.

The inauguration marks a pivotal moment in the party’s strategy ahead of the upcoming elections.

Current Member of Parliament for Anyaa-Sowutoum, Honorable Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi, affirmed his commitment to backing Elder Emmanuel Tobbin, the party’s parliamentary candidate for the constituency. Promising to leverage all available resources, Hon. Dr. Kissi urged his supporters to join forces, underlining the collective effort required to achieve victory in the upcoming election.

The Parliamentary candidate for Anyaa-Sowutuom, Elder Dr. Emmanuel Tobbin, pledged to work with every to secure victory for the party. 

Daniel Parker Odarlai France, the Greater Accra Regional Secretary of the NPP, commended the unity demonstrated within the constituency, lauding it as a testament to the party’s democratic principles. While expressing optimism about the NPP’s electoral prospects, he acknowledged the necessity of sustained efforts to secure a definitive victory in the impending polls.

Dr. Emmanuel Lamptey, former Municipal Chief Executive of Ga Central, expressed confidence in the NPP’s prospects, asserting that securing victory in the Greater Accra Region, particularly through substantial support from Anyaa-Sowutoum, is critical. Emphasizing the party’s forthcoming manifesto, which promises substantial national development, Dr. Lamptey rallied all party members behind Dr. Bawumia and Elder Tobbin, stressing the importance of hard work and unity for success.

The NPP Constituency Chairman for Anyaa-Sowutuom, Anthony Boadu emphasized the party’s unwavering focus and determination, highlighting a cohesive strategy aimed at consolidating support across the constituency.
