The Accra High Court has adjourned the case involving former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu-Boahen, to November 7, 2025.
The adjournment followed Thursday’s proceedings, which were rescheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. due to the absence of the Attorney-General earlier in the day.
Mr. Adu-Boahene is standing trial for allegedly causing a financial loss of GH₵49 million to the state.
Speaking to the media after the sitting, lead counsel for the accused, Lawyer Samuel Atta Akyea, said the court rose after 3:15 p.m., leading to the adjournment. He noted that the examination-in-chief of a witness will continue on the next hearing date, after which the defence will begin cross-examination.
