The Ghana Police Administration has arrested one person, suspected to be part of a daylight robbery which was carried out at Dansoman on Sunday.
The suspect, together with his counterpart grabbed their victim’s handbag and sped off on their motorbike.
Although one has been arrested, the Police say the other one is on a run.
In a statement on Facebook, the Ghana Police Service stated that, “A special anti-robbery squad has carried out an intelligence-led operation, in which a robbery suspect was arrested while one other is currently being pursued for a daylight street robbery at Dansoman.”
Meanwhile, it assured the public that the Police shall get the other suspect to face justice.
