The Electoral Commission (EC) has set October 1, 2020 as date for its one -day continuous registration exercise for specific groups of voters , who could not register earlier due to some genuine reasons.
The specific groups being targeted in this second round exercise include eligible voters who were outside Ghana due to COVID-19 restrictions instituted by government and persons affected by the 14-day mandatory quarantine and could therefore not register.
