Comedian Funny Face, has been grated bail after he was placed under arrest on Tuesday, March 26.
The Kasoa District Court granted him GHC120,000 bail today, Tuesday, April 9, along with two sureties.
The comedian seriously injured three pedestrians who were crossing the Kasoa-Nyanyano Kakraba highway at the Kakraba Junction on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
He then caused injury to the riders of two motorcycles by crashing into them.
Even though it was an out-of-court hearing, the well-known comedian was denied bail and placed under house arrest for a fortnight.
Two of the victims are being treated in the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital at the moment, and the Mother and Child Hospital in Kasoa is still providing care for the other two.
Funny Face will reappear in court in four weeks.
