The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has officially announced the commencement of its 2025 Enlistment and Recruitment Exercise, which will soon begin across all 16 regional capitals of the country.
The initiative is designed to ensure equal opportunity for all eligible applicants, regardless of their location.
In a statement signed by the Acting Director General of Public Relations, Captain Veronica Adzo Arhin, the Armed Forces stated that official information on the recruitment process will be made available through its official online platforms — gafonline.mil.gh and gafrecruitment.mil.gh — as well as in national newspapers including the Daily Graphic and Ghanaian Times.
The GAF also issued a strong warning to the general public to be wary of fraudulent recruitment advertisements circulating on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
According to the statement, any recruitment offers claiming to provide “protocol enlistment” or purporting to come from individual officers or members of the High Command should be treated as a scam.
Prospective applicants are advised to follow only official sources for updates and are encouraged to report any suspicious activity related to recruitment to the appropriate authorities.
