Ghanaians urged to support President’s vision of making Accra the cleanest city

The HEAPP foundation, a non-governmental organization in collaboration with the Ga West Municipal Assembly and the Church of Pentecost has organized a cleanup exercise in the Sapeiman Electoral Area.
The Executive Director for the HEAPP foundation, Joyce Saman, encouraged all Ghanaians to contribute to achieving a clean Ghana through cleanup exercises.
He also encouraged the general public to also partake in these cleanup exercises whenever the need arises. According to her, this will go a long way to prevent floods during  rainy seasons.
The Pastor for Sapeiman Church of Pentecost, Pastor Godfred Ofori, also mentioned that it is the duty of the church to organize cleanup exercises every last Saturday of the month.
He lauded the move by HEAPP Foundation and called for more of such collaborations.
The Assemblyman for the Sapeiman Electoral area expressed joy over the cleanup exercise, adding  he will always welcome any organization or church that comes to him asking to organize clean-up exercise.
The Ga West municipal Assembly also supported the programme with logistics.
