Jane Opoku-Agyemang is decent and incorruptible-NDC, Central Region

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Central Region has described the Flagbearer of the Party, John Dramani Mahama’s decision to present Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as running mate in the upcoming election as epic, ordained, a game changer, historic, and a victory choice that enhances the magnetism and the charismatic brand JM represents.
“The rank and file of the party in the Region is extremely delighted with the nomination, selection and announcement of *Hon Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang* as the Running Mate of His Excellency John Dramani  Mahama for the 2020 polls because this decision is epic, ordained, a game changer, historic, and a victory choice that enhances the magnetism and charismatic brand JM represents,” the NDC stated.
Immediately after the Former Education Minister was unanimously selected by the party as Mahama’s running mate, the NDC’s in the Central Region congratulated Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang.
In a statement, they noted that,”This running mate is decent, has integrity, is honest, very upright, incorruptible, an achiever, down to earth, very approachable, highly accessible, result oriented, not tribalistic and respected by neutrals, the middle class, women, youths and the masses.”
The NDC’s in Central Region who were delighted with the nomination expressed belief that Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang is credible and will restore dignity and trust to the high office of the Vice President of Ghana- a position which has been reduced to mockery, comics, deception, corruption and dishonesty by the current occupier.
“We unreservedly extend our heartfelt Congratulations to you, Auntie Naana on your elevation today, and are quick to add that, your selection has gone down very well with the women of Ghana, people of Central Region and beyond and it has started  motivating many women to go all out in their numbers to participate in the ongoing voters registration exercise towards the Rescue Mission,” the NDC stated.
The NDC stated that,”Your nomination and confirmation as the Vice Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress, not only underlines President Mahama’s commitment to improving women participation and representation at the highest levels of political leadership but also highlights the decades of dynamic experience and innovation that you will bring to ensure that Ghana becomes a better place for all.”
It added that,”To our incoming President, we express our utmost appreciation to you for this fantastic choice and promise to work harder to deliver the popular votes for you to be in the Flagstaff House next year to save Ghana and Ghanaians. Truly, this winning ticket will surely swing Central Region positively for the NDC, Insha Allah.”
