"Keep the airport washrooms clean" – Aviation minister advises public

The Minister for Aviation, Madam Cecelia Dapaah, has urge the public to keep the washrooms of the Ghana Airport Company Limited clean and desist from abusing the place.

She made this statement during an unannounced visit to the Airport Company today in Accra.

The purpose of her visit was to inspect some parts of the airport facility after seeing a video that has gone viral suggesting that  the airport washrooms are in a deplorable state.

“Misusing and abusing the place will breed sickness and also be a disgrace to the nation as many people uses there” Madam Cecelia stressed.

At the Kotoka International Airport, Madam Dapaah stated that individuals who misuse the washrooms of the international airport will be punished when caught.

Madam Cecelia pleaded with the public to help keep the Kotoka International Airport clean especially the washrooms and also assist friends who are not able to use the facility when the need arises. “Let’s help others on how to use the facilities here if the need arises before they misuse and destroy some them, because replacing them will cause financial loss to the state” Madam Cecelia advised.
