Popular US-based Ghanaian musician Richard Essien, who is also a disc jockey, is set to release his new single titled “Sextisfaction.”
The song was produced by the dream team made up of Joshua Tetteh (King Jay’s Beat), Jaden Isiah Berkman (Jay the Ziah), Joseph Kojo Sam (Mr. Sarge), and Richard Essien (Magic Rocker) for Gavali Music.
A mid-tempo song rendered in highlife, ‘Sextisfaction’ has a powerful powerful beat arrangement with good vocals. It is said to be quite different from anything the musician has released so far.
“My new single ‘Sextisfaction’ dropping soon. Tell a friend to tell a friend,” Magic Rocker told Beatwaves in an interview.
Currently, his two previous singles titled Vernacular’ and ‘Sweet Like Sugar’ have received amazingly wonderful reviews from several music lovers nationwide, as well as heavy rotations on several radio and television platforms.
Ever since he dropped his previous singles, he has been well known on the airwaves as a good singer and an entertainer.
With his unique singing style, Magic Rocker believes his new hit single will attract a massive attention from Ghanaians.
His success in music can only be described as very phenomenal even though he is yet to release his new album.
According to him, his music is mostly inspired by happenings around her including social, spiritual and relationship issues, adding “My latest single which is a party is ready to entertain music fans”, he said.
The songwriter, whose dream is to make an impact on the local music scene, hinted that he is in the studios working on a number of singles to be released this year.
“I want to be the best that I can be, representing Africa in the diaspora within the shortest possible time and that feat will definitely be achieved very soon,” he said about his dreams to get international attention.
