Minority not involved in E-Levy cake – A.B.A. Fuseini

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu in the Northern Region, A.B.A. Fuseini, has stated that the Minority is not involved in the viral E-levy shaped cake.

The celebration of Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu’s 65th birthday with a an e- levy designed cake has further raised resentment in certain quarters.

Reports indicate that the cake was presented by members of the Minority in Parliament.

Speaking to host of Atinka FM’s AM Drive Kaakyire Ofori Ayim,  NDC Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu in the Northern Region, A.B.A. Fuseini revealed that the minority was not invited to the party and that there was no way they could have presented the E-levy spelt cake.

He insisted the E-levy cake was a disrespect and insensitive on the part of Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu

“The NDC will not present something shaped in a bill that we are against. The NPP do not respect Ghanaians and the use of an E-levy for the event is an example. The members of the NPP are first class liars, from their leaders to the last person in the party. Why will you present a cake in a manner that suggests that the cake was presented by the NDC,” he added.
