Atinka TV, a subsidiary of Atinka Media Village (AMV), also operators of Atinka 104.7 FM, Ahoto 102.3 FM, Agenkwa,101.9 FM and Atinkaonline.com has presented amazing prizes to five mothers who took part in the ‘Best Mum Cooking’ contest to mark the Mother’s Day Celebration.
The five mothers were selected from about 100 mothers whose children sent videos of them cooking at home to Atinka TV on its Mother’s Day Celebration programme, “Atinka’s Special Mother’s Day Show” to Celebrate and Honour Mothers.
They were selected from 12 shortlisted mothers by panelists on the show based on their cooking skills, the type of food, how neat their cooking environment was and how they interacted with their children while taking the videos.
The neatly packaged Prizes which had in it a bag of rice, oil, brown sugar, cans of mackerel, tomato paste, tins of milk, bottle of jam, boxes of juice, box of tea bags, noodle, tin fish, bottles of wine and Lace material were sponsored by Dor Events, a subsidiary of the Tobinco Group of Companies.
The prizes were presented to them on Monday, May 11 2020 at the Head office of AMV by the Deputy Managing Director of AMV, Mr Kingsley Nsiah-Poku.
Mr Nsiah-Poku also encouraged the mothers to keep watching Atinka TV, and its affiliate stations .
He urged them to observe the preventive protocols to avoid being infected with coronavirus (COVID-19).
