Controversial dancehall star, Shatta Wale, has suggested that his somewhat unimpressive Freestyle on BBC is good for showbiz.
The self-acclaimed dancehall King was in the United Kingdom over the weekend as part of his Reign album tour and performed at the O2 arena in London.
Shatta Wale later granted an interview with BBC 1 Extra where he did a freestyle which has been widely criticized and described as “wack”.
In the freestyle video which has gone viral, Shatta Wale freestyled without beats with somewhat bad lyrics.
The “Gringo” hit maker has however in a Facebook post responded to critics arguing that his lyrics are tailored towards Ghana's showbiz agenda and that gets him all the juicy contracts.
" …and I will do what I know will make you complain", he stated.
