Posters suggesting that the General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Aseidu Nketia, will contest the Party’s National Chairmanship position are in circulation.
Johnson Aseidu Nketia has already announced his decision not to contest the General Secretary position of the NDC.
The NDC will hold its constituency level elections on the 22nd and 23rd of October 2022, which will be followed by the regional level elections on the 12th and 13th of November 2022.
Nominations for the national elections will be open on the 20th and 21st of October.
The national congress of the party has also been slated for Saturday 17th December 2022.
