The NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Okaikoi Central, Abdul Rsshid Issah has lost the battle to the Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Patrick Boamah after certified results of the 2020 election were announced .
At the end of the collation of the parliamentary results, the NPP had 27, 935 votes, representing 60.05 percent while the NDC had 18,922 representing 40.66 percent.
