Outspoken Takyi Arhin appointed to Ghana U-20 Management Committee

Atinka Sports sources can confirm that outspoken veteran football administrator, Takyi Arhin, aka "Thunder" has been appointed to serve on the new Black Satellites Management Committee.

The avowed critic of the Kwesi Nyantakyi administration, who recently lambasted the FA’s new changes, has been rewarded with a position on the newly created management committee of the Ghana U-20 Male Team.

It is believed that the new role is one cunningly schemed to silence the vociferous Techiman Eleven Wonders Chief Executive, but in an interview with Atinka FM, Arhin said he is not going to be cowed.

"Everyone knows me and that is how I am going to remain," Takyi Arhin said.

"Even if I'm confirmed, I’m still going to speak my mind as critical as I have been."

Another new entrant to the Committee is Vision FC President Michael Osekre.
The Ghana Football Association made changes to the heads of the male national teams with embattled GFA vice George Afriyie losing his position.

The GFA presidential hopeful has lost his position as Black Stars Management Committee Chairman to his Wilfred Osei Palmer.

Afriyie had been at the helm for three years, having taken over from Kwesi Nyantakyi in 2014 following the Brazil World Cup fiasco.

Also, Executive Chairman of Dream FC Kurt Okraku has replaced Nii Komitie Doku (Greater Accra RFA Chairman) as the Chairman of Black Stars B popularly known as the local Black Stars.
