NABS Group, a renowned recruitment agency in Ghana which has been in existence for 12 years has initiated a free recruitment drive for Ghanaian youths to work in Saudi Arabia for a period of two years.
According to the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at NABS Groups, Nana Afua Ameyaw, the company’s recruitment process is entirely free.
She said prospective candidates must undergo a rigorous selection process, which includes, candidates must sit for a written exam and achieve a minimum passing grade of 70%, Successful candidates who meet the 70% threshold goes for interview; after passing the interview stage, candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination at their own expense.
She emphasized that this recruitment initiative aims to provide employment opportunities to Ghanaian youths, addressing the country’s unemployment challenges.
A total number of 200 hundred people will be recruited for all the 17 categories respectively.
Some participants who took part in the process and came out successfully expressed gratitude for the opportunity, stating, they have been searching for job for months, and this opportunity has come as a blessing.
NABS Group’s initiative is a welcome move, considering Ghana’s current unemployment rate. The company’s efforts to provide employment opportunities to Ghanaian youths are commendable.
