“Samuel Attah Mills making allegations out of jealousy” – Koku Anyidoho

Mr Koku Anyidoho, the Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute, says the claims made against him by the brother of the late former President of Ghana, John Evans Atta Mills is out of jealousy.

Samuel Atta Mills, the Brother of the late President Atta Mills is accusing Koku Anyidoho of tempering with the grave of his brother.

He made this accusation after the aide of the former President in collaboration with government renovated the ‘Asomdwe Park’ where the mortal remains of the Atta Mills were buried.

“It is not proper to allow the NGO to make changes to the grave without recourse to the family.”

“Apparently a group calling itself Atta Mills Institute that the family does not recognize and Coastal Development Authority have gone to break this grave of President Evans Atta Mills…why would you go and touch somebody’s grave without informing the family?… Who has the body now? That is the question I want to ask Ghanaians,” Samuel Atta Mills said at a press conference.

Speaking to sit-in-host Nana Yaw Fianko (Mr Speaker) on Atinka FM’s AM Drive, Mr Koku Anyidoho said the allegations by Samuel Attah Mills is born out of sheer jealousy.

Koku Anyidoho mentioned that he will not pay attention to Samuel Attah Mills, who According to him has failed to protect the legacy of his late brother.

“You see Samuel Attah Mills is just jealous of me. And as to why he is jealous, I do not know. I don’t want to comment about a brother who has done nothing, absolutely nothing, absolutely nothing to keep his brother’s legacy alive. He is just jealous of Koku Anyidoho. The most important thing is Asomdwee Park has been built. Have you ever seen Samuel Attah Mills ever since his brother died? Today he says what?,” Koku Anyidoho said.

Commenting on the disregard for customs and traditions, Koku Anyidoho revealed that he does not indulge in rituals since the Asomdwee Park was not built with rituals.
