Wenchi High Court presided over by His Lordship Justice Fredrick Arnold Nawurah has awarded GH¢ 4,000.00 cost against Christopher Beyere Baasongti.
At the case management on Tuesday 22 June,2021 the court partially granted the petitioners motions to amend the Parliamentary election petition and a petition for leaves to amend some of the paragraphs in the petition.
There are other motions which the court has adjourned to 30th June for ruling.
They are, motion for appointment of hand writing expert, motion for appointment of expert in counting of pink sheets among others.
GH¢ 7,000.00 cost was however awarded against the petitioner which was later reduced to GH¢ 4,000.00 after series of legal arguments for delaying court proceedings.
The case adjourned to Wednesday,30th June,2021.
