A tipper truck loaded with sand has rammed into the Tema tollbooth at the Tema – Accra section leaving two out of four victims in critical condition.
The truck with registration number GG 3542-20 is reported to have lost its brakes and rammed into one of the 4 tollbooths at the Tema section of the Motorway on Monday morning.
One of the four victims, Koosom Emmanuel, 45, had both legs damaged according to reports.
Aside the damage caused to the tollbooth, two vehicles including a saloon car with registration number GT 469- 10 whose driver and a passenger also sustained some injuries, was damaged beyond repairs.
