Two persons were left injured at Avenor Junction on Thursday as a hot pursuit of an errant Trotro driver by police officers led to multiple accidents.
According to an eyewitness, the police officers pursued the Trotro driver after ignoring their (police officers) signal to stop.
He disclosed that whilst on the run, the commercial Sprinter bus with registration GG 4392 – 20 failed to observe traffic rules and smashed into a Toyota Corolla (GR-9236-21) which was joining the Accra-Nsawam Road at Avenor Junction close to the premises of Atinka Media Village.
The Corolla was blocked from somersaulting onto the Adehyeman Bank by a Dodge Aliber (GR-733-21). Two passengers in the car were injured as a result.

The Sprinter was heading from Circle while the other two saloon cars were joining the main from the Fanofa road (Kokomemle).
