One person has been arrested by the Ghana Police Service for doing double voting at Agya Herbal polling station 1B in the Trobu Constituency.
Information gathered earlier was that, the man believed to be in his 40’s after voting and putting the ballot paper in the box went back to the EC officials and told them his ballot paper was spoilt, therefore requesting for another one to vote again.
The officer in charge requested for the spoiled paper and he told them he has already put it inside the box, in view of this, the officials denied him access to vote again.
But the man insisted and joined the queue again where the police picked him up and handcuffed him.
