Speaking on Atinka TV‘s morning show, Ghana Nie with Ama Gyenfa Ofosu Darkwa, Nii Amasa Namoale said the first time he went to parliament, he was uncomfortable when he saw NPP and NDC MPs mingling but with time, he realized it was a normal thing in the House.
“I commend President Kufour. We, politicians have to learn something from what is happening, being aggressive with ‘this one is NPP’, ‘this one is NDC’ will not help. We are all trying to see that the funeral will be held.
He continued,”What I will say is that let us learn from what happened yesterday, that we are all one people, we are all Ghanaians. We unite against outsiders, but inside, we debate to move this country forward,” he said.
