Organisers of Atinka TV’s award-winning reality show, Obuasi Gringo Bitters Di Asa Season 8, is set to welcome 60 queens who have arrived in Accra with an all white party.
The event, which will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 will usher the queens into the Di Asa environment and as well help them to show themselves to the world and network with each other.
60 Contestants from all regions across the country qualified for the main show at the auditions and they all arrived in Accra, at Atinka Media Village to kickstart the main competition.
After their arrival at the main Di Asa House, they all underwent medical screening at the Entrance Hospital to ensure they are fit for the task ahead.
On Saturday, the new queens will enthrall the dancefloor, while the past queens will also thrill the fans. In addition, some surprise artists will perform during the dinner.

On Friday, May 24, 2024, the Sika Hall inside Atinka Media Village hosted the launch of the Obuasi Gringo Bitters Di Asa season 8.
This year’s Di Asa, dubbed “Dance for Peace,” seeks to promote peace and unity amongst Ghanaians as the country gears towards the presidential and parliamentary elections.
Aside from promoting peace, it will also thrill audiences with top-notch entertainment and exciting performances.
The first audition for Obuasi Gringo Bitters Di Asa season 8 took place in Nsawam on Saturday, June 1, 2024, and ended in Accra.
Meanwhile, the show’s organizers have assured the public that it will be bigger and better this season.
