A man believed to be between the ages of 55 and 60 has committed suicide at Beposo, a farming community in the Wenchi Municipality.
The sad incident occurred on Saturday 18th September, 2021 on a cashew farm at about 2p.m.
His lifeless body has been deposited at the Wenchi Methodist Hospital morgue near Beposo for preservation and autopsy.

A 61 -year -old mason called Henry Kwasi Ameho popularly known as Apaw committed suicide by hanging on Monday morning at Kasoa Lamptey Mills in the Central Region.
According to eyewitnesses, the deceased was a Mason by profession and had no problem with anyone in the area and that “nobody knows what might have triggered the unfortunate incident”.
Some of the residents told Atinka News that, the deceased had become very quiet without any explanation before the incident.
Madam Abena Nyarko, Wife of the deceased narrating her ordeal expressed shock over the unfortunate incident.
Madam Abena Nyarko hinted that, she has three kids with the deceased, Henry Kwasi Ameho.
The wife of the deceased further mentioned that, she left home Sunday to visit her sister at Buduburam Liberia Camp and returned this morning (Monday).
Meanwhile, Marry Ameho, daughter of the deceased said, they all slept in the same room last night but they did not notice when their father woke up to hang himself at the porch.
