In a bold move to combat the rising menace of addiction in Ghana, Atinka 104.7 FM in collaboration with the Chosen Rehabilitation Center, has launched “Resilient Road,” a new weekly radio program aimed at educating, supporting, and guiding individuals struggling with addiction toward recovery.
With addiction causing havoc on families, damaging relationships, and affecting countless lives, “Resilient Road” seeks to break the cycle by providing expert insights, real-life testimonies, and practical recovery strategies.
The show, which premiered on March 15, 2025, airs every Saturday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Hosted by renowned broadcaster Asare-Bediako Addo, the program creates a safe and judgment-free space for individuals to open up about their struggles.

It will feature addiction specialists, counselors, and people who have battled addiction from the Chosen Rehab Center to share their experiences and road to recovery.



“Resilient Road” will delve into critical issues such as the root causes of addiction, its effects on mental and physical health, available treatment options, and sustainable strategies for maintaining sobriety.
By fostering conversations around addiction and recovery, “Resilient Road” is set to become a lifeline for many, proving that with the right support, overcoming addiction is possible.
