The organizers of Atinka TV’s new reality show, Atinka Kids Dance, have encouraged the public to vote for those who auditioned to become contestants in the main show.
Almost 200 children, including groups, auditioned last weekend in Accra for the main competition.
At the audition, the judges selected their preferred candidates.
However, unlike the usual Di Asa, where the crowd is allowed to maintain a dancer by saying “stay” or “away,” the viewers at home have been given the opportunity to do that.
Viewers are expected to vote for their favourite dancers to become contestants.
The shortcode for voting is *713&203# on all networks.
At the end of the voting, contestants who do extremely well will be selected for the main show.
The auditions for Atinka Kids Dance took place on Saturday, February 11, 2023, and Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the Sika Hall, inside the head office of Atinka Media Village at Avenor Junction, at 8 a.m.
Atinka Kids Dance is a programme organized by Atinka Media Village to help children develop their talents.
To qualify for the main show, one must be between the ages of 5 and 10, have dance skills, and have audience appeal.
Meanwhile, the public is encouraged to keep watching Atinka TV to vote for their preferred contestant in order to qualify him or her for the main show.
