The first audition of Atinka TV‘s new reality show, Amammere Hemaa was held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the Sika Hall, Atinka Media Village, Avenor Junction Accra.
Six were selected at the end of the day’s audition.
The audition selected intelligence, knowledge of culture and values, eloquence, beauty and dedication.
Notwithstanding, the next audition will be held soon and details will be communicated in due course.
Amammere Hemaa is a reality show that will enable contestants showcase their knowledge of Ghanaian culture in diverse ways.
This reality show is to showcase the cultural devices, vis-a-vis educating the viewing public about the Ghanaian heritage, symbols, language, norms, values and artifacts and the importance of the various cultures and traditions in the country.
The contestants will display dance, poems or poetry, food, rites of passage, amongst others.
The prizes for the winners, from first to third include a fully sponsored trip to Dubai, cash prizes and souvenirs from sponsors of the show.
Young women from 18 and above in all regions across the country are encouraged to take part in this amazing show.
