Many people in Ghana knew Chef Abby for her cooking online. Her delicious recipes and vibrant personality have made her a favourite on social media. Most fans wouldn’t guess she has another profession outside the kitchen. Chef Abby is living proof that you can have a solid profession and still chase your passion. With a degree in Construction Management, she’s an engineer by profession, but food has always had her heart.
“I have a degree in construction management, that is my profession, but I do cooking as my passion, and now it is taking me places,” she says.
The online food content creator and chef has proudly admitted to how her cooking career is taking her place. She never gave up despite a little beginning. She started with just 500 viewers on her first viral post online. To the glory of God, she is now doing well. “I was proud of the 500 views,” she admitted.
Known for her radiant smile and culinary creativity, Chef Abby has built a strong presence on social media. Fans can’t get enough of her exciting food content. She isn’t giving up her career; she’s simply showing that passion and profession can grow together.
Her love for food started at home. “My family is a cooking family. We love cooking,” she shares. Though she now focuses on cooking, she believes she can always return to her engineering path.
This World Food Day, October 16, 2025, she’s bringing that passion to the streets. Her upcoming event, “The Big Feast Day,” will see her and her team serve delicious meals to the public, a gesture that blends kindness with creativity.
