The Minister of Education, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh has been discharged from the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) after being admitted for about two weeks.
Although he went to the hospital over a suspected case of COVID-19, he stated that a series of tests including that of COVID-19 were being run on him while he was resting at the facility.
According to him in a press statement, he has been discharged with a positive rapid antibody test result and will be further monitored.
