Entrance University Hospital is giving a 50 percent discount on all services to mark Customer Service Week.
The Customer Service Week Celebration is to appreciate customers and to give back to the society.
Speaking on Atinka TV‘s morning show, Ghana Nie with Kweku Atiemo, Administrative Assistant at Entrance University Hospital, Dora Akotey noted that the hospital always celebrates customer service week because it always gives clients the best, the maximum respect and the care they need.
However, she made it known that the Hospital has reduced the cost of all services by 50 percent.
Initially, she said the discount was 15 per cent, but due to the customer service week, they have pegged it at 50 percent.
Madam Dora assured the public that everything, especially scan services have been subsidised.

She said as part of the celebration, the hospital will soon organise a free health screening at Lapaz .
She encouraged the public to go and look for the newly opened Tobinco Store at Lapaz.
An Administrator at Entrance University Hospital, Mr Emil Opeku also noted that October is a breast cancer awareness month, therefore the 50 per cent discount promo will run also for the whole of October on all scans.
“We just want to give the best to our clients, if you look at our vision and our mission, we just want to give top notch services to our clients and qualify customer service so we are rallying behind our national team to provide super care to our clients,” he said.
He said at the Entrance University Hospital, they treat customers weakly and always try to give them the best.
Mr Emil Opeku called on all to patronise the hospital .
He also said they are giving free medication to their clients during the customer service week celebration.
“We do not pray that you fall sick but anytime it becomes necessary that you have to visit the hospital, come to Entrance University Hospital, because it is a hospital of difference, it is a hospital that is taking our health to another level, the customer is our king and is our king,” he added.
