Emotional intelligence: James Addison honoured at GHAMFIN Awards

The Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN) has bestowed a special honor upon James Kwesi Addison, Ghana’s first certified emotional intelligence coach at its 3rd Non-Bank Financial Institutions Dinner & Awards Night.

The event, held at Wesley Towers in Accra, recognized Addison for his groundbreaking contributions to the microfinance sector through his innovative work in emotional intelligence.

Addison, the Chief Executive Officer of Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence, has been a transformative figure in Ghana’s financial and educational sectors. His pioneering efforts have introduced emotional intelligence as a critical tool for leadership and personal development across various institutions. The award acknowledges his unwavering support, guidance, and outstanding commitment to enhancing the operations of microfinance institutions through emotional intelligence training and facilitation.
