Former NPP General Secretary Sir John dead

The CEO of the Forestry Commission and former  General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Kwadwo Owusu  Afriyie alias Sir John, has passed on.
Sir John reportedly died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on Wednesday evening after battling Covid-19 at the intensive care unit.
According to our source, Sir John had no underlying health condition

However, reliable information available to Atinka News  indicates that Sir John was being managed at home after showing symptoms of Covid-19 some weeks ago.
Sources say even though Sir John was responding to treatment at home and was doing better, he was sent to Korle Bu for treatment last week and test conducted confirmed covid-19 positive a day after he was admitted.
Even though he was put on a ventilator, he could not survive.
Meanwhile another top NPP official is also battling covid-19 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. The said official is also on ventilator, sparking fears among family members as well as party faithful.
Meanwhile the following questions are being asked among health officials following latest developments:
Why are top officials or very important statesmen being treated at Korle Bu for COVID-19?
Is Korle Bu a COVID-19 treatment/isolation centre?
Do they have special treatment Centre for COVID-19 patients like UGMS, Bank of Ghana Hospital, GA East Isolation Centre etc.
Since Korle Bu is not a  Covid-19 treatment center, why are they being sent there (ICU) as they could endanger the lives of non- covid-19 patients
