GH¢1.8m housing facility to be constructed by owners of James Town lands

A GH¢1.8million housing facility is to be constructed by owners of James Town Lands, the Arde Nkpa Family.
The housing project, which is a twenty-four bedroom facility will be put up in James Town as an edifice that is expected to project further, the image of Arde Nkpa family.
The head of the Arde Nkpa Family, Daniel Nii Arde Tagoe, who revealed this in an exclusive interview with Atinka News said funds for the project are ready and called on all family members to support the project.
The sod cutting ceremony of the project, which took place last Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
The three-storey building project is expected to be completed in one and half years.
It will have among others, a big conference hall, a library, and a standby generator set to address any erratic power supply among others.
The project, according to the head of the Arde Nkpa Family, will accommodate some family members at home and those abroad who return home every year.
