Lawyer Akoto Ampaw, who represented President Akufo-Addo in the 2020 election petition is reportedly dead.
According to sources, he died in the early hours of Friday, October 20, at the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) after a short illness.
The bereaved family is expected to issue a press statement later.
Mr. Ampaw was a valued partner at Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co., the esteemed law firm associated with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
