President John Dramani Mahama has penned a sorrowful tribute to the late Pope Francis, recounting fond memories he shared with the late Pope.
In a tweet on April 21, 2025 hours after the death of the Pope was announced, President Mahama extended his heartfelt condolences to the entire Roman Catholic Church.
The President honored the Pope for his leadership and advocacy, stating that his compassion for humanity and unreserved quest for social justice will continue to inspire generations.
